Even Jesus had a “next step” to take! He explains it to the crowds that wanted him to stay with them.
“I must preach the Good News of the Kingdom of God in other towns, too, because that is why I was sent.”
Luke 4:43
He didn’t stay put or settle in or hunker down. Jesus took the next step, and He invites you to do the same. If you’re not dead, then you’re not done. You’ve got a “next step.”
Maybe God is calling you into a new season or a new opportunity. Maybe there is a relationship that needs some intentionality or some distance. Maybe it’s a decision that you’ve been putting off or a conversation that needs to happen. I don’t know what it is, but you have a next step to take. So, follow Jesus and take it!
